Dedicated Nursing Associates, Inc. (DNA) announced that it has acquired Vital Medical Staffing, a per diem nurse staffing firm based in Charlotte, NC, on June 11, 2021. Vital Medical Staffing provides staffing solutions for 400 healthcare professionals in over 130 facilities in North Carolina. DNA will now employ over 10,000 caregivers to its more than 6,500 clients throughout the United States. The acquisition will increase DNA's services throughout the Charlotte, NC area and increase its reach throughout the U.S. Plans call for DNA to combine Vital Medical Staffing's operations into its existing Charlotte office. Vital Medical Staffing's management will remain with the company, while the former owner is exiting the business. DNA currently has eight offices that service all 50 states, providing Travel, Per Diem, Home Care, Hospice, and MSP Workforce Solutions.
