Volaris Group Inc. (“Volaris”) today announcedthat it has acquired Information Distribution & Marketing, Inc. (“IDMI”), aleading provider of property and casualty insurance administration software to regional insurance companies and Managing General Agents (MGAs). With thisacquisition, Volaris continues forward with its expansion into the financialservices marketplace with its first acquisition in the Insurance vertical.

IDMI’s flagship product, called PTS, is apolicy administration system that provides insurers full policy lifecycleprocessing capabilities from policy administration and reporting through toagency point of sale and mobile applications. IDMI has installed more than 45PTS systems in the US to support both Personal and Commercial lines within theInsurance industry. In addition, IDMI has a services arm called PrimorisServices (“Primoris”) that provides back-office services such as paymentprocessing, print fulfillment and data hosting.
