Adrian Susmano is responsible for sourcing and supporting banking transactions in the healthcare services, healthcare technology, healthcare business services, and healthcare payer services sectors.
Mr. Susmano has 30 years of healthcare experience including 20 years in healthcare investment banking and the remaining years in equity research and management consulting.
Mr. Susmano joined Sherman & Company from KPMG Corporate Finance LLC where he covered healthcare services, leading HCIT and Healthcare Business Services. For the ten years prior to KPMG, Mr. Susmano was a senior banker with Coker Capital, a division of Fifth Third Securities Inc., where he executed a wide range of healthcare services transactions. Mr. Susmano has also held healthcare investment banking positions with MTS Health Partners, Lazard Freres, and Lehman Brothers.
Mr. Susmano brings a strong understanding of the healthcare industry with emphasis on healthcare services, including the execution of transactions in acute care, senior living, physician services, laboratory services, pharmaceutical and medical supply distribution, behavioral health, managed care, HCIT and healthcare business services, and life sciences.
Mr. Susmano received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from University of Wisconsin – Madison and an M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business where he completed Fuqua’s Health Sector Management program. He holds his securities licenses for Series 7, 24, 63, and 79.
