Meet Our Team

Pam Carico brings to the firm over twenty years of experience in corporate finance, insurance, and risk management.  She is responsible for the firm's operations, risk management, compliance, and financial reporting.

Prior to joining Sherman & Company, Ms. Carico was the Director of Risk Management for Springs Global US, Inc. where she managed enterprise risks and a multi-billion dollar property program. During her career at Springs, she also served as Treasury Manager overseeing all short-term borrowings, letters of credit, and interest rate and foreign currency exposures. Earlier in her career, she was responsible for various aspects of the preparation and review of both internal and external financial statements as well as the SEC filings for the company which was ranked in the Fortune 500 at the time.

Ms. Carico earned a B.S. in Accounting from Radford University and holds designations as both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Risk Manager.
